Sunoco Formula USA Series - Race One
Tray Batey had a ten bikelength lead at the end of the first lap with Fritz Kling and Dave Sadowski rounding out the
top three. By the third lap Kling had broken away to a lonely second with Ski in just as solitary a position in third. Lee
Shierts was holding down fourth with Jason Fraser, Eric Wood and Grant Lopez in tow.

Batey kept stretching his lead. Kling and Sadowski stayed lonely in second and third as the battle for fourth turned
into a good three-rider fight between Shierts, Fraser and Lopez. At the white flag, Fraser had moved past Shierts for fourth
with Lopez right on his tail. At the checkers it was Batey, Kling and Sadowski with big gaps in between. Fraser held on for
fourth with Shierts holding off Lopez for fifth.

Sunoco Formula USA Series - Race Two
Tray Batey did the same thing at the start of race two that he had done earlier in the day when he shot out to the
front. Things did not go as well for Fritz Kling who broke down on the opening lap. Dave Sadowski and Jason Fraser were nose
to tail in second and third with the top three way in front of the rest of the field.

Then things went bad for Batey who slowed with an obvious mechanical problem and dropped back to fifth on the fourth
lap leaving the two Team Labelle Honda riders alone in front. Batey continued to fall back throughout the race.

At the end of five laps in the nine lap race, Sadowski had taken over the front spot from Fraser. Grant Lopez was third
with Steve Grigg closing. Grigg moved to third on the next lap with Lopez staying right with him. Ski continued to lead with
Fraser close but not challenging. Grigg was closing on the lead duo. At the checkered flag it was Sadowski taking the win
with Grigg moving up to second ahead of Fraser and Lopez.

EBC Brakes Sport Bike
With 46 riders qualifying, the EBC Brakes Sport Bike race was the biggest field of the day. Eric Wood and Ken Krebs were
the early leaders, but they were not far from a horde of other riders only several bikelengths behind. Dave Sadowski, who
started on the back row, moved into the lead by the end of lap three. Ski had his qualifying time disallowed when his machine
failed a dyno check after the qualifying session.

At the end of four laps, Ski had been dropped to second after being passed by Jason Fraser. Mike Ciccotto had moved up
to third with the top three breaking away from a fading Wood. Sadowski was back in front a lap later with Ciccotto and Fraser
right on his heels. The next time around Ski had pulled out a gap over Fraser who had a little breathing room from Ciccotto.
With the white flag waving, Ski held the lead over Fraser. Ciccotto had fallen back with Wood further back, but alone in
fourth. Those positions held to the end. In post-race inspection Sadowski's bike made it right on the mark at exactly 102 hp
and exactly 395 pounds.

HRC American GP Series by Idemitsu
Masahiro Iizuka and Vicky Jackson-Bell both crashed hard in practice, but both made it to the grid for the start. Iizuka
did as expected and jumped to the front by the end of the first lap with Marcello Del Guidice the only rider staying even
reasonably close, and then only for about a lap and a half in the six lap race. VJB was third with local rider Patrick Rider
in fourth. The top four held their positions throughout the race.

Buell Lightning Series
Shawn Higbee took the lead from the start and was followed by Tripp Nobles, Billy Graef and Eric Bostrom. A few laps
into the race, Graef took over the lead position as Nobles dropped out. That left Graef, Higbee and Bostrom breaking away
from the field in a three-rider duel. As the lead pack came around for the white flag in the six-lap race, Bostrom had taken
over the lead from Graef, with Higbee still close in third. Those positions held to the finish.

Harley-Davidson Twin Sports
Billy Graef got too good a start when the green flag flew to start the Harley-Davidson Twin Sports race and he was
called in for a stop and go penalty. That left Eric Bostrom all alone at the head of the field. Bostrom went on to an easy
win. Greg Hutcheson looked good in second but Todd Evans and Shawn Conrad moved up to make it a race. At the checkers it was
Bostrom by a mile with Conrad narrowly edging Hutcheson who was only a bikelength ahead of Evans.
