Sunoco Formula USA race #1
Tray Batey grabbed the holeshot to start the first race and was one of a number of riders who crashed on the first
lap. A red flag was brought out and the race was restarted.

On the restart it was Batey again over David Sadowski, Jason Fraser and Fritz Kling. Fraser and Kling immediately
began dicing for third spot. On lap three, Batey went down again. This time there was no flag to save him and he was out of
the race.

Sadowski took over the front spot over Fraser, Kling, Grant Lopez and Eric Wood. Sadowski had a good margin as Fraser
continued to hold off Kling. Lopez and Wood stayed fourth and fifth without challengers.

With just over two laps to go, Kling went off the track trying to pass Fraser. He got back on the track, but found
himself behind Wood in fifth place. At the checkers it was Sadowski, Fraser, and Lopez on the podium. Kling passed Wood for
fourth on the final lap.

Sunoco Formula USA race #2
The start of the second Formula USA race went the same as the first when the red flag came out on lap one after Fritz
Kling highsided coming onto the front straight and was hit by Michael Fitzpatrick. Neither rider made the restart.

On the restart Sadowski again took the lead position. The race quickly became a four-rider breakaway with Sadowski,
Batey, Lopez and Fraser running separately, but well ahead of the pack. On lap nine, Fraser crashed turning fourth place over
to Eric Wood.

In the closing laps, Batey charged up to the rear of Sadowski's Raptor. Coming out of the last turn for the final
time, Batey tried to draft past for the win, but Ski was able to hold the lead by a bike length at the flag.

Eric Wood grabbed the holeshot, but it wasn't long before polesitter Dave Sadowski moved into the front. Once there,
Ski stayed in front with Wood securely in second. The fight for third was another story as Jason Fraser and David McGrath had
a good fight for the final podium spot.

At the checkers it was Sadowski, Wood and Fraser.

Harley-Davidson Twin Sports
When officials determined that Brian Conley and Shawn Conrad jumped the start, a lot of the finish positions for the
race were decided. Conley and Conrad both had gotten good starts but had to come in for stop and go penalties. Conrad saw
things go from bad to worse when he crashed a short while later.

While all that was going on Billy Graef was out front and pulling away from everyone else. Graef held on for an easy
win. Greg Hutcheson finished second. Todd Evans came in third.

Buell Lightning Series
Shawn Higbee easily won his fourth race of the year and retook the points lead he lost when he had to sit out the
Road Atlanta race with a broken shoulder. Higbee had qualified three seconds a lap faster than the rest of the field and it
showed during the race as he ran away from everyone right from the flag.

Billy Graef was equally as secure in the second place with David McGrath finishing third. Shawn Conrad, who dropped
from the points lead to second, had a bad start and could only manage a fifth place finish.
