CCS / ASRA Events at Road America

• Pre-Entries: Use our standard Pre-Entry forms and send them to the CCS Office in Fort Worth

• Pit Vehicle Registration: For insurance purposes Road America will no longer allow unlicensed vehicles to be used on their property unless they have been properly registered by the competitor using the vehicle. Vehicles that have not been properly registered will be impounded for the duration of the event.

  Proper registration will include:
     - Going to registration to fill out the pit vehicle registration and agreement.
     - Paying the proper fee listed on the bottom of the form.
     - Attaching the "Pit Vehicle Pass" to the unlicensed vehicle so it is clearly visable to RA personnel.
• Vehicle Storage: Anyone wishing to leave their trailer or vehicle on Road America property prior to or following the event will need to obtain approval in advance. Call the Road America office at: 800-365-7223 or email them at: info@roadamerica.com.
