**ATTENTION ASRA & CCS PARTICIPANTS:
Pre-Entering the Loudon Classic event will require using two forms and faxing/mailing them separately
- 1 for ASRA events only and 1 for CCS races only.
- ASRA Pre-Entries: Complete our standard CCS/ASRA Pre-Entry form and send by May 28, 5pm (Central Time) to: CCS, PO Box 121278 Fort Worth, TX 76121 (Fax: 817-246-2977)
- CCS Pre-Entries:
When the Loudon Classic Entry Forms become available, complete it and
send it with your credit card information by June 1, 5pm (Eastern)
to: LRRS, PO Box 7888, Loudon, NH, 03307 (Fax:
603-783-8323)
Suggestion: Include a xerox copy of your current 2010 CCS License.
Again, do NOT include ASRA entries on the LRRS form. You must enter ASRA classes using our standard form and send it separately to us.
Registration Procedures at Loudon: Upon arrival at the
registration building, move from window to window for each item. For
instance, buy your gate passes from one clerk, move to another window
to get your transponder (AMD) and then proceed to the next window to
get your race paperwork. (We plan to have a separate clerk specifically
for ASRA entries.)
Electronic Scoring at Loudon: The Loudon RoadRace Series
uses the AMB scoring system and transponders. If you do not have a
pouch or bracket for an AMB transponder, you will need to get one.
During the transponder assignment process, you will complete a
receipt/deposit form containing your credit card information. If the
unit is not returned, your card will be charged.
