CCS/ASRA Refund Policy
We have noticed that there has been some confusion about our Refund policies of late so some of the fine points need further explanation.
- Some of our affiliated regions do not offer refunds of any kind. Contact them to learn their policies. (Affiliates: FL, GP, NE, SO, SW)
- No one other than the Rider himself/herself can request a refund. (Surrogate requests will be denied)
- All requests must be submitted on the Request for Refund form. (No Form - No Refund)
- If before the weekend starts, Fax it to our office: 817-246-2977.
- During the race weekend, the form must be submitted to a registration clerk before racing starts on the day the race is scheduled to run. The Pink copy must be attached to the form.
- No Refunds will be paid on "closed out" races for which all grid spots have been sold.
- There will be no refunds for events at Daytona.
- If you request a refund due to a crash, your bike may be inspected by a Tech Inspector for verification.
- Allow 3-4 weeks to receive your refund. It will be paid by check if you originally paid using cash or check; credited to your card if originally paid with a card. (It will not be credited toward another weekend.)
- Administrative fees and other restrictions apply. Read page 2 of the Request for Refund of Entries form for further information.
One-Event License Information
One Event licenses can only be purchased at the track. You must have a competition license from another racing organization and present it to the clerk at registration.
Reminder: ASRA/CCS Now Pays Cash Contingency Instead of Purses!
Beginning in 2008, ASRA/CCS cash awards will be paid by contingency check instead of purse checks at the event. To be eligible for these awards, you must turn in a properly completed contingency form for each series at each event and have tech officials verify you have met the requirement to receive these awards.
To receive ASRA Pro or Team Challenge Contingency, you must fill out the ASRA contingency form completely, including Social Security or EIN number, and have the tech inspector verify ASRA stickers in place on the machine. You must fill out a form for each machine used in competition. Team Challenge Contingency will be paid to the registered team captain. Failure to meet any of the requirements will result in the contingency request being denied.
The riders and Teams listed below met the criteria for payment and have been sent their Daytona Contingency from ASRA as of March 19, 2008. If you are not listed, you did not turn in a correctly complete contingency form or did not meet the sticker requirement as published.
